We made this studio with love – for us and for every single one of you, who wants to learn more about the science of body movement. We wanted to create a loft that combines style and good atmosphere, music and poetry and – at the same time – industrial and lounge feeling.

Spiral LOFT is a place with unique equipment and high qualified GYROTONIC® and Pilates instructors, that will guide you on your way.
